Auralasting can engrave select client-provided items with prior approval and testing. Because materials, finishes, coatings and shapes vary, all client-provided items must be reviewed and approved before your event.

Compatibility and engraving results cannot be confirmed until the proposed item has been evaluated.

What can you engrave?

Auralasting can personalize select acrylic, leatherette, coated metal and other laser-compatible materials. Compatibility will be confirmed before your event.
Do you provide the keepsakes?

Yes. Auralasting offers a curated selection of keepsakes for an additional per-piece cost. Approved client-provided items may also be used.
Can you add our company logo or event artwork?

Yes. Auralasting can UV print logos, monograms, event artwork and select full-color designs onto compatible keepsakes before your event. Individual guest personalization can then be engraved live on-site.
How many pieces can you engrave during my event?

Engraving capacity depends on the selected item, material, engraving size, design complexity and type of personalization. An estimated production capacity will be provided once your event details and keepsake selection are finalized.
What can guests personalize?

Names, initials, monograms and other short personalization can typically be accommodated. Available options will be established before your event to keep the live experience running smoothly.
Do you stay during the event?

Yes. Live Engraving is a fully staffed experience. Auralasting operates the engraving station throughout your selected service time.
Can I provide my own items?

Yes, select client-provided items may be accepted with prior approval and testing.
What if we need more engraving time?

Additional engraving time may be added for $175 per hour, subject to availability. We recommend planning your service time based on your expected guest count and selected keepsake.
Do you engrave every item ahead of time?

No. The individual personalization is completed live during your event. Pre-event UV printing, branding and other production may be completed in advance when included in your order.

  • Final event details due 21 days before your event.
  • Final invoice issued approximately 14 days before your event.
