Parking, valet, venue access and other venue-imposed fees may apply.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Statement signage is a rental and remains property of Auralasting.
Final design direction and personalization details must be provided at least 4 weeks before your event.
For seating charts, final guest names and table assignments are due 3 weeks before your event. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production.
Changes requested after final proof approval may incur an additional production fee.
RESERVATIONS
Because our Statement Signage Displays are limited rental inventory, availability must be confirmed for your event date.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your event date. Your rental is confirmed once availability has been approved and the required reservation payment and signed rental agreement have been received.
